We cannot guarantee that a product is in stock at all times. In the event that an item sells out, and is no longer available, you will not be charged for the product.
Orders are processed within a 24 hour period once the order has been made. Customers wishing to cancel orders should email email@example.com immediately. If the product has already been shipped to the customer, please see the exchange and return policy for more information.
AtEaze reserves the right to cancel any order. While rare, most cancellations occur based upon lack of information, unverified shipping addresses, or fraudulent information. If an order is cancelled, please contact AtEaze to rectify the issue.
All content and pictures contained within the website remain the property of AtEaze and its vendors.

AtEaze will not accept any exchanges, or returns without prior communication. All items must be authorized by AtEaze All exchanges and returns can be processed within 30 days from the original date the product was shipped, and must be accompanied by proof of purchase. AtEaze does not offer refunds, but upon inspection, will gladly provide you with a store credit.
All items being exchanged or returned to AtEaze must arrive unworn, with all original tags attached, in appropriate packaging, preferably the packaging the original package was sent in. In the event that any footwear is defective after being worn, the purchaser must contact the manufacturer for replacement.
AtEaze will not accept or assume responsibility for lost or damaged packages being returned, so it is strongly recommended that any returns be made through a reliable courier, with a tracking number or traceable system.
All shipping costs resulting from exchanged or returned items are the responsibility of the purchaser, and will not be covered by AtEaze In the event of an exchange, the purchaser agrees to cover and pay for any additional shipping and handling for the exchanged item(s).
All sale items. whether purchased during an online store sale or with a discount coupon will be declared a final sale. No returns or exchanges will be permitted on discounted merchandise.
If you wish to return an order inshore it can only be returned at our Scarborough Town Centre location for a store credit.
All purchased product within Canada and United States are shipped using traceable methods. Once the product is shipped, the tracking number, along with all shipping information will be sent to the customer via email. Once this information has been provided to the customer, the customer assumes all responsibility for lost or damaged packages/product. If a payment is made using an eCheck in PayPal, AtEaze will not ship the order until the eCheck payment has cleared.
Customers outside of North America should note that products may or may not be shipped using non-trackable methods, therefore shipped at the risk of the customer. AtEaze will not be held responsible for lost or damaged packages/product.
It is the responsibility of the customer to contact the courier in the case of a lost or damaged package once the shipping information has been sent to the customer from AtEaze via email. AtEaze will not be held liable in any case of lost or damaged product/packaging.
AtEaze will not be held responsible for international duties on any packages leaving Canada. AtEaze as no control over international duties, and the purchaser will be held responsible for any charges imposed.
