I just placed my order. When will I receive it?

All orders are processed during business hours Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. Once you place the order, we start to process it within 24 hours. If you place an order on the last day of the week, it will be processed on the first business day. Please allow 3-5 business days to receive your package.

Can I track my order after it has been shipped?

Yes, ateaze will provide you with the tracking information once the item has been shipped.

I need to return an item. Will I have to pay for the return shipping?

At Eaze will cover all return shipping costs if we are found to be responsible for the mistake. If you find that a particular item does not fit or you do not want it, we will accept your return within a 30-day period of the original shipping date. The merchandise, however, must be unworn and with all tags still intact. In such a case, it would be the customer’s responsibility to pay for the return shipping.


The item that I have received is damaged. What should I do?

Please send us an email as soon as possible. We will coordinate and arrange for the return once approved. We will not receive any package without the RA number (Return Authorization) on the box, that will be provided by our service team. At Eaze does not accept or assume responsibility of any items damaged by the postal carriers.

The order I received is not what I ordered or is in the wrong size/color. What should I do?

I want to return an item. What do I do?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days of the original purchase date. We will provide you with a full refund or in store credit. However, you will have to pay for the return shipping and/or any other additional charges. The item must not be damaged and unworn. Original receipt and tags are required to make a return.
